• We rent gear in working order. You return it in working order.
• Damage is charged at actual cost of repair or replacement, against the refundable damage hold on your card.
• Cancellation refunds tier from 90% (30+ days out) down to 0% (under 7 days). See how it works.
• Payment: card via Stripe (incl. Apple Pay / Google Pay) or Revolut payment link. EUR. VAT receipts on request. EU bank transfer available case-by-case for larger bookings — ask in the reservation message.
• Delivery is to the address you give us. If access changes (gate codes, marina berth changes) it's on you to tell us.
• Gear is rented for the date range you book. Overruns charged at half-day or full-day rate.
• We are not responsible for events at your venue (weather, neighbours, noise complaints, power cuts). We are responsible for the gear working as expected.
